Building futures, honoring legacies.

Meet the founders of The Legacy Build, Brittnie and Cortni. We’re two sisters with a shared passion for transforming houses into homes—one inspired by the legacy of our late father, a skilled craftsman and devoted family man who spent his life building with integrity and heart. What began as following in his footsteps has grown into a thriving home renovation and real estate business rooted in quality, trust, and family values.

Together, we combine vision, creativity, and hands-on experience to breathe new life into properties and help families find a place they’re proud to call home. Every project we take on is a tribute to the lessons our father taught us: do it right, treat people with respect, and always build with purpose.

At the heart of our work is more than just renovation—it’s legacy in action.
